Ac Valhalla Store Items Not In Inventory

Valhalla (PS5) helix store purchases not showing up?!

Hey everyone,

I bought a large pack of helix credits in the store through my PS5. This was earlier I loaded a saved game. I then took the helix credits to buy items. I and then loaded my saved game and tin can't discover the items in either inventory or endemic. Anybody have whatever ideas? I've closed out of the game and reloaded with even so no luck.

Im not sure whats wrong with the store but i bought a weapon which should be mythical and got it as superior quality, without perk and no mode to upgrade.. plenty reason not to spend credits for now

Did it ever get fixed ? The aforementioned thing merely happened to me and if so how'd y'all fix it or etc ???

At least you got the credits you paid for...I read some stuff that said it could take 24 hours. This post was xiv days ago so hopefully information technology got worked out

Playing on PS5 with the PS5 edition of the game. I purchased a grapheme pack, upgraded it, put my best runes in it & it was working fine. Then a couple days ago I was in the middle of a battle when my grapheme was all suddenly naked. I go back into the shop to the owned department & it's blank. My remaining helix credits are also gone. I contacted Ubisoft who had me go into Settings > Users & Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses. This did add together my puchased items back. Yet they are no longer upgraded & all the runes I had put in the armor are gone. I had enough titanium to upgrade it all once again but the runes are gone forever until I tin observe new ones.

Purchased some helix, used information technology on silvery, materials and the double silver XP bundle. This was on the 18th December. Still not received and my support log has not had a reply.

Decided not to invest time into the game until they sort their stuff out. Quite worrying that we are seeing people with their items vanishing. Quite worrying indeed.

i git something similar that also, only with the Complete Map pack, did purchase it with helix credits wont evidence upward as owned and the credit are gone:(

Aforementioned thing. Purchased a weapons pack on 11/eleven and still nothing. Filing a complaint with the credit menu company.

Is anyone yet having this issue? I recently bought silvery, and information technology charged my helix credits, but did non credit me with the silver.

Yes I am, I currently purchased the extra xp and silverish vitrify along with a large material pack. Nonetheless haven't received them.

I just bought 2 weapons and they aren't in my inventory, but it shows I purchased them.

Bought a weapon and a mountain. The mountain (peel) was at that place immediately. The weapon is not. Why the hell would i evidence up but the other not.

I had the same issues. But i constitute that once you arrive to your home village Fornburg for the get-go time and talk to the ii people om ur side tasks before the king, your purchases volition prove in game. Yous just have to start the story progression. I waited 24 hours and aught showed in my game. I read from someone that is what they did. Thankfully I was yet in the showtime of the game when i purchased. Everything gets unlocked and delivered when y'all try to talk to the king. I got to Fornburg....bought helix purchases....talked to blacksmith and tried waiting 24 hours for purchases to bear witness....nothing. Then tried talking to the king...but he nevertheless needed to absurd down from his meeting.....then all of a sudden a notification in the game showed up and I looked at my inventory and everything showed upwardly at once. :) I hope others can try this and help them. Im non sure how to set it if your bought things after this bespeak in the game. Adept luck to all those who need it. My communication is to not requite upwardly researching what other people have done to gear up issues at certain points of the game.

Thanks. I simply started the game looks similar you just need to go to the village and outset the main quest.
