To receive Request 94, you must've completed the postgame story mission "Seeking the Remaining Plates". When you're back at Jubilife Village, enter Galaxy Hall. Upon arrival, Cogita will requite you this request.

According to Cogita, three Legendary Pokémon–described as the forces of nature incarnate–are at present wandering the Hisui region. Your task is to capture these Pokémon and complete their Pokédex entry.

Just communicable the Incarnates isn't enough, you also need their full Pokédex page, caused past reaching Inquiry Level 10. This will require completing at least 10 Research Tasks; each red tick indicates a completed chore.

Having acquired the full Pokédex page for Enamorus, pay Cogita some other visit at the Ancient Retreat. She'll congratulate you on a task well done and give you a special central item, the Reveal Glass. You tin can utilise this from the item bill of fare to transform Landorus, Tornadus, Thundurus and Enamorus from their Incarnate forms into their Therian forms and vice versa.
